Cookery workshop and food pairings

Participants will work in teams to create a tasting menu including eight mini gourmet dishes. They will then pair them with exceptional Swiss wines. Information will be provided on the specific characteristics of Swiss wines, and the basic principles of food and wine pairing.

 

CHF 199.00

per person, for 4 hours, excluding tax, for fewer than 16 and more than 40 people, a quote will be given. This activity will be organised by the PARFUM D’EPICES workshop in Crissier (VD).
